The original content, brand assets, logos, and custom UI elements (including our custom cursor SVG files) are the exclusive property of CourtSpot. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or distribute our database or assets without our explicit written consent.

Under no circumstances shall CourtSpot be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our directory. This includes, but is not limited to, missed sports sessions, incorrect pricing, or temporary club closures.
